- What the Candidate Will Do -

Partner & Collaborate across a wide range of user personas at Uber (Comm. Ops Agents, Compliance Officers, Business Operations, Product, Engg, DS) conducting in-depth user interviews, shadowing and workflow analysis to identify User pain-points, define problem statement & requirements.

Refine and prioritize detailed product roadmap balancing User Pain-points, Regulatory Needs & Business Impact.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, UX Design, Data science, Data Engineering, ML, TPM to build & deliver high-impact products

Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation/feature definition to launch and post-launch feedback & improvements.

Use user surveys and data to make informed decisions, analyzing metrics to evaluate product performance and inform future iterations.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels from Tech IC to senior leadership representing Team's work, Impact and future Roadmap.

Partner with Product Leadership for shaping vision & identification of New Opportunities on the basis of the evolving landscape of Enterprise Compliance Tools, Global financial regulations & User Needs.
- Basic Qualifications -

Minimum of 2+ yrs of experience in product management and 4 years of total experience.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Proven track record of building and shipping successful products from ideation to launch.

You do whatever it takes to make your product and team successful - whether that means writing a PRD, doing User Acceptance Testing, Deep-dive with Engg/Analytics, etc.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar.
- Preferred Qualifications -

At least 1-2 years of experience in payments, payment compliance with understanding of Compliance Modules (e.g. KYC, BAV, Screening, Transaction Monitoring, etc.)

Has built & worked on Internal Platforms/Enterprise Tools for global Scale.

Past experience working in Banking/Fintech/Big Tech products.

Master's degree preferred but not required.
