About the Role

As a Product Manager at Conrad Labs, you will:

• Lead product discovery, design, and execution across a range of technology initiatives.
• Explore business problems across multiple domains and identify opportunities where technology, including AI, can create step-change value.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and researchers to bring early-stage ideas to market-ready MVPs.
• Build business cases, define success metrics, and shape growth strategies for products with global potential.
• Act as the voice of both the user and the business while balancing technical feasibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product goals, roadmaps, and milestones for new product initiatives.
• Translate ambiguous problem areas into clear hypotheses and testable product directions.
• Conduct competitor research, market validation, and user research where applicable.
• Prioritize features and build iterative releases that deliver measurable impact.
• Partner with engineering and design teams to align on tradeoffs and execution plans.
• Monitor product adoption and usage metrics to guide pivots, iterations, or scaling decisions.
• Develop go-to-market strategies with the leadership team, including monetization and pricing experiments.

What We’re Looking For?

• 3 to 4 years of product management experience, ideally in a startup or technology-first environment.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to move from concept to execution with limited guidance.
• Curiosity and comfort with emerging technologies. AI and ML experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Track record of building or contributing to 0-to-1 products.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical teams.
• Analytical mindset and comfort with using data to make decisions and define success.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with AI-powered or data-driven products.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in early-stage ventures, side projects, or product development.
