About Us

Horizon Tech is looking for an experienced Product Manager for one of its clients based in Canada from a HealthCare industry. They are the business partner of choice for leading IVF clinicians with the goal of achieving global best clinical outcomes, an international reputation for excellence and exceptional patient experiences. They provide partner clinics with back-office support and a collaborative synergistic medical-scientific, professional and business environment.

About the Role

We are hiring a Product Manager to take full ownership of driving product success within our Technology function. Reporting to the Head of Product & Data, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the tools and systems that power our fertility clinics across Canada and North America.

You will act as the bridge between business needs, design, and development, ensuring alignment, clarity, and accountability across the product lifecycle.

This role requires someone who excels in execution and delivery, turning strategy into action and ensuring ideas translate into real outcomes. While primarily focused on hands-on delivery, you will also stay informed about market trends and comparable digital health products to refine and inform the feature roadmap.

This is a role for someone who brings structure to ambiguity, drives progress through collaboration, and thrives on transforming plans into tangible results that improve the experience for both patients and clinic teams.

Based in Pakistan, you will collaborate closely with teams across time zones, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and delivery in a distributed environment.

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

· Build and maintain strong relationships across business, design, and engineering teams.

· Lead discussions to gather requirements, align priorities, and ensure smooth collaboration across time zones.

· Act as the main point of contact for product communication and delivery updates.

Product Ownership

· Take end-to-end ownership of assigned products and features — from translating business needs into actionable development plans to successful launch and adoption.

· Maintain a deep understanding of how products support clinic operations and patient experiences, ensuring measurable business and user value.

Execution & Delivery

· Oversee day-to-day development activities to ensure that features are delivered on time, within scope, and at high quality.

· Proactively remove blockers, manage trade-offs, and maintain momentum throughout the delivery process.

· Ensure adherence to security, privacy, and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, PHIPA) relevant to healthcare software.

Documentation & Clarity

· Create and maintain clear, structured documentation including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), feature specs, and release notes.

· Ensure all relevant teams — engineering, QA, design, and operations — have up-to-date information.

UI/UX Collaboration & Solution Design

· Work closely with UI/UX and engineering teams to define practical, user-centered solutions.

· Develop or review wireframes and user flows that effectively communicate product direction.

· Balance business requirements, usability, and technical constraints to deliver intuitive, clinic- ready products.

Data-Driven Decision Making

· Define and track key product metrics such as adoption, engagement, and workflow efficiency.

· Use insights from data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and guide iteration.

Risk Management

· Identify potential risks — such as integration dependencies, vendor reliability, or adoption barriers — and develop mitigation plans early in the process.

Roadmap & Market Awareness

· Maintain an updated, transparent product roadmap aligned with team priorities.

· Monitor competitive digital health products and fertility technology trends to inspire continuous improvement.

Product Demos & Reporting

· Lead product demos, retrospectives, and performance updates for leadership and key stakeholders.

· Translate complex delivery updates into clear, outcome-focused communication.

Qualifications

Education

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

· 3–5 years of experience in product management within a technology or digital product environment.

· Experience working with cross-functional and remote teams, preferably across time zones.

· Background in healthtech, digital health, or patient-facing products is strongly preferred.

Skills & Attributes

· Proven ability to manage stakeholders, prioritize effectively, and drive product delivery.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-informed approach to decision making.

· Excellent communication and documentation abilities — written, visual, and verbal.

· Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro).

· Understanding of healthcare data privacy and security frameworks (HIPAA, PHIPA).

· Self-driven and highly organized, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple streams of work simultaneously.
