  • Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve customer experience on digital sales channels.
  • Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development/UX and other stakeholders.
  • Supports the process of translating business needs into formal functional & technical requirements.
  • Review Intake and Engage teams to perform Impact analysis with impacted teams
  • Provide roadmap view of prioritized initiatives based on business value and customer impacts
  • Must have clear and strong presentation and efficient communication skills
  • Provides supervision and guidance to development, UX teams with feature reviews and refinement sessions.
  • Informs various stakeholders about any issues with the current technical solutions being implemented
  • Able to map basic technical flow and business diagrams aligning to business and system requirement
  • Proficient with the Project and Portfolio Management Tools (TFS, JIRA, Visio, MS Project, Clarity, etc.)
  • Must have 10+ experience in Telco, Media and Entertainment industries or Consumer services industry
  • Masters/bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science is preferred
  • This is a Hybrid role and requires 3 days on-site presence.
