Product Manager

At Boutiqaat , technology sits at the core of how we build, scale, and deliver exceptional digital experiences. We are seeking an experienced IT Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of critical digital products and internal platforms that power our e-commerce ecosystem.

This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience, translating complex requirements into scalable, high-performing solutions that support Boutiqaat’s continued growth across the region.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and end-to-end lifecycle for key IT and digital products.
• Gather, prioritize, and validate business, technical, and user requirements in close collaboration with stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and structured product documentation.
• Partner closely with Engineering, UX, Data, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope.
• Manage product backlogs and sprint planning using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Monitor product performance using KPIs and analytics to drive continuous improvement and optimization.
• Lead UAT cycles, stakeholder demos, and release planning activities.
• Balance short-term delivery priorities with long-term product strategy and scalability.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and constraints throughout the product lifecycle.
• Act as the primary point of accountability for product success, adoption, and value realization.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in IT Product Management, Product Ownership, or Technical Product roles.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proven experience working closely with engineering teams on complex systems or platforms.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, measurable business value.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Experience in e-commerce, digital platforms, or enterprise systems is a strong advantage.
