Product Manager

Department: Marketing

Reports To: Marketing Manager / GM Marketing

Experience Required: 2–3 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical / healthcare industry

Preferred Background: Candidates with experience in Crystolite Pharma, Saffron Pharma, Safrin Pharma, or ZAFA Pharma will be preferred

Job Overview

The Product Manager is responsible for managing sales operations, reporting, coordination with field teams, and ensuring accurate sales data analysis. The role requires strong analytical skills, reporting expertise, and effective coordination across marketing and sales functions.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Administrative & Communication Responsibilities

  • Receive and review daily emails as per instructions of the Marketing Manager.
  • Dispatch circulars, letters, and Transporter Receipts (TR) to field employees.
  • Arrange Ex-Distributor Sales reports, Monthly Reports, Visit Monitoring Files, and Tour Plans of field staff for further correspondence and distribute them to concerned personnel.

2. Tour Plans & Field Coordination

  • Prepare and compile Tour Plans of GM Marketing, BM/MM/PMs, Regional Sales Managers, Zonal Sales Managers, Area Managers, and Territory Managers for GM Marketing.

3. Sales Reporting & Data Analysis

Generate and analyze the following reports:

  • Ex-Distributor unit-wise sales
  • Ex-Distributor zone-wise sales
  • Ex-Distributor value-wise sales
  • Ex-Distributor zonal target contribution
  • Ex-Distributor sales from Order Entry System
  • Ex-Distributor value & TM-wise sales
  • Zonal ranking according to current month sales
  • Generate reports from Bricks and compare Targets vs Achievements.
  • Use relevant software (Order Entry System, Bricks, S.A.S) as required.

4. Distributor Sales & Monitoring

  • Update SSR (Sales & Stock Reports) of all distributors in checking sheets.
  • Verify distributor data with Order Entry System for Ex-Distributor sales (division-wise).
  • Ensure all Monthly and Quarterly targets received from field force are forwarded to the Internal Audit Department for incentive calculation.
  • Maintain proper filing of targets, SSRs, and Monthly Ex-Distributor Sales reports.

5. Budget & Meeting Management

  • Maintain budgets for Special Meetings, Round Table Discussions, Social Marketing activities, and Monthly Meetings.

6. Compliance & Quality

  • Maintain and implement QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) standards within the assigned area.

7. Additional Responsibilities

  • Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
