To maintain competitive advantage as we grow, we are currently looking for new Technical Product Manager


Job purpose:


Drive the successful delivery and evolution of core internal platforms and services within the Technology function. This role combines technical product ownership with business analysis, UAT coordination, and production support. It requires strong system thinking, investigative capability, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure product readiness, operational stability, and business alignment. The Technical Product owns delivery and ensuring systems meet user needs, quality standards, and scalability goals.


Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

  • Act as a system analyst for assigned external platforms, particularly Apex, managing vendor relationships, production support, and system migration activities.


  • Act as a focal point for UAT teams to ensure test readiness, comprehensive coverage, and full validation of product features prior to release.


  • Maintain a prioritized backlog, with user stories, technical flows, and acceptance criteria that are well-structured and ready for development.


  • Ensure high-quality documentation of system behavior, business rules, and decision history to support traceability and future scalability.


  • Work closely with developers, QA, infrastructure, and business teams to align delivery with operational and commercial needs.


  • Track and report key product performance indicators, such as resolution time, test coverage outcomes, and support load trends, to inform backlog prioritization and technical decisions.



Must have technical / professional qualifications

  • 3+ Years of experience in software engineering, technical product management, or platform teams, with a strong understanding of SDLC.
  • Solid background in system integration, APIs, infrastructure, or developer tooling.
  • Proven experience managing product backlogs, writing user stories, and working in Agile or Kanban environments.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills; ability to simplify technical complexity for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Hands-on familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Git, Postman, and basic SQL.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
