Product Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager with up to 8 years of experience to drive product strategy, roadmap, and execution. The role requires strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate customer needs into impactful product solutions.

• Product Vision : Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.

• Requirement Gathering : Collect, analyze, and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, customers, and market research.

• Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver high-quality product features.

• Performance Monitoring : Track product performance metrics, analyze user feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Market Research : Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform product decisions.

• Execution Oversight : Oversee product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with roadmap.

• Stakeholder Communication : Present product updates, progress, and insights to leadership and stakeholders.

• Product Lifecycle Knowledge : Strong understanding of end-to-end product lifecycle management.

• Agile Methodologies : Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments to manage product delivery.

• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage stakeholders effectively.

• Stakeholder Management : Ability to manage diverse stakeholders and balance competing priorities.

• Analytical Thinking : Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to evaluate product performance and market trends.

• Technical Collaboration : Familiarity with engineering and design processes to bridge business and technical teams.
  

• Experience with digital product development in SaaS, e-commerce, or enterprise platforms.

• Knowledge of UX/UI principles to guide design decisions.

• Familiarity with data-driven decision-making using analytics tools.

• Exposure to roadmap planning tools (Jira, Aha!, Trello).

• Track record of successful product launches and measurable business impact.
