Brand Manager – Pharma | Karachi

Location: Karachi Head Office

We are looking for a dynamic Brand Manager – Pharma to lead strategic marketing initiatives, strengthen brand equity, and manage a growing product portfolio in the nutraceuticals and gynae segment.

This role is ideal for professionals who can drive product strategy, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver impactful market results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic product plans aligned with business goals
• Manage the full product lifecycle from launch to performance evaluation
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and medical professionals
• Collaborate with R&D, regulatory, sales, and marketing teams
• Monitor product budgets and optimize expenditures
• Train and enable sales teams on product positioning and features

Requirements:

• Pharm-D or MBBS qualification
• 4–5 years of relevant experience (Gynae/OBS preferred)
• Strong strategic thinking and project management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Sound medical knowledge of product mechanisms
