Responsibilities

* Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
* Gather, manage, and prioritise product requirements and customer feedback to create clear product backlogs.
* Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and user stories for our design and engineering teams.
* Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other key stakeholders to ensure the timely and successful delivery of high-quality products.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
* Analyse product performance metrics and user data to make informed decisions for future product development and optimisation.
* Act as a product evangelist, effectively communicating the product vision and value to both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in a product management role, preferably within the technology or software development sector.
* A bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field is desirable.
* Demonstrable experience managing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration.
* Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for leading and inspiring cross-functional teams.
* Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
* A data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools to inform product decisions.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and results-oriented environment.
