Product Manager - Algo

Job Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and implement project and process management plans, foresee and troubleshoot project roadblocks, maintain documents, proactively report to stakeholders
• Manage multiple simultaneous software projects, third party integrations, change requests, and legacy system integrations across platforms (web, mobile, desktop, and API)
• Keep projects and processes aligned with business objectives like client acquisition, client satisfaction, trade metrics, and brokerage performance
• Take initiative to ideate and make concrete suggestions on internal and external workflow optimization

Skills Required:

• Expertise in Project Management and Process Management, both theoretical and applied
• Hands on experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management
• Ability to effortlessly communicate with multiple stakeholders on every project/process
• Manage cross-disciplinary internal team, as well as maintain synchronisation between cross-organizational team efforts
• Must be able to innovate legacy tools and processes without disturbing BAU
• Advantage: Familiarity with Python
• Advantage: Familiarity with DevOps

Experience & Qualification:

• Proven track record in Software Project Management under any framework (CMMI or Agile)
• 0-5 years’ Project Management experience
• Engineering (any discipline)
