What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a Product Manager - Cooking who will join our team at Small Domestic Appliances (SDA) Directorate in Beko Corporate.

• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle for food preparation and cooking appliances within the small domestic appliances category, from industrial design through to after-sales processes.
• Build the right connections and lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution across all stages.
• Understand and manage both internal and external stakeholder expectations through strong communication skills.
• Drive result-oriented approaches for seasonal and project-based launches while leading process-oriented improvements with supporting departments.
• Conduct feasibility studies at the ideation stage, manage cost structure analysis during the project timeline, and oversee pre-launch pricing as well as post-launch profitability tracking.
• Lead benchmarking activities in relevant markets, monitor innovations within and outside the sector, and perform accurate gap analyses with strong analytical acumen.
• Manage product portfolio and lifecycle strategy to ensure competitiveness and sustainable growth.
• Ensure proper execution and accessibility of all product-related printed and digital marketing materials.
• Organize and deliver product presentations, demos, and launch events effectively to large audiences.

The position located in Çayırova, İstanbul.

How do we describe the perfect fit?

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or related fields) or in Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, category management, or similar roles.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Solid financial literacy to evaluate feasibility, cost structures, pricing strategies, and profitability.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with market and innovation awareness.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders across different functions and geographies.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong presentation and organizational skills, comfortable speaking to broad audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a result-driven mindset while ensuring process efficiency.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally without restriction.
