What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Engineer - R&D (System & Process Development) at R&D Directorate as a member of Technology and System Development.

• Being a critical player of team for designing, redesigning, or improving processes, systems and standards for Technology and Project Management with a global approach and in alignment with R&D strategies and targets; evaluating new business requirements and cooperating with different department such IT, GPO in necessary situations,
• Carrying out processes for portfolio optimization, project prioritization and workforce resource management in R&D Project and Portfolio Management,
• Carrying out critical Process and System based projects throughout the whole Beko R&D Ecosystem (Local & Global)
• Executing robotics process automation projects as ensuring process standardization among all R&Ds.
• Cooperating with the key users in locations on effective usage, globalization of determined processes and prioritizing the needs in their own area,
• Consolidating training requirements for IT systems, planning training and system development activities in coordination with IT department,
• Ensuring standardization, high quality documentation and global deployment of the implementations,
• Executing other GPO team activities, such as Process Change Request Management, GPO Roadmap, Process auditing, reporting, etc
• Creating the systems to keep R&D up to date about Technology Trends, Competitors’ Strategies in different markets,
• Benchmarking different industries in global and applying best practices on Technology and Project Management processes,
• Cooperating with the key users in R&D on effective usage of project and portfolio management tools and triggering improvement activities based on their feedback,
• Working on lean processes as in line with agile methodologies.

The position is in Çayırova, İstanbul.

How do we describe the perfect fit?

• Fresh graduate or Master student in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or in related fields,
• Having experience in Technology Development, Product Development, Product Design and related workflows is a plus,
• Having experience in Jira or Microsoft Project is a plus,
• Having experience in Teamcenter, SAP is a plus,
• Having experience in RPA is a plus,
• Willing to work on processes and systems to create, to improve and to redesign,
• Having desire to do outstanding jobs with challenging targets,
• Thinking broadly about business, proactive and using initiative,
• Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Knowledge of Agile Project Methodology,
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
• Open to innovation culture,
• Flexible and open to new perspectives,
• A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
