Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in BBA / Pharm-D / BSc Chemistry or related field
• 4–6 years of relevant pharmaceutical industry experience
• Strong background in Dermatology / Derma products preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong grip on product lifecycle management and brand strategy

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for dermatology products
• Manage product positioning, branding, and promotional campaigns
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Coordinate with sales teams to drive product growth
• Plan and execute product launches and marketing activities
