AM Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

Assistant Manager Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing marketing materials, managing digital campaigns, enhancing brand visibility, and supporting sales through creative design and digital strategies tailored to the aluminium profile manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Branding

  • Design product catalogs, brochures, company profiles, and technical data sheets.
  • Create marketing materials for aluminium profiles (windows, doors, architectural systems, industrial profiles, etc.).
  • Develop creative content for exhibitions, trade shows, and client presentations.
  • Design social media creatives, website banners, email templates, and advertisements.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all online and offline materials.
  • Coordinate with production and sales teams for accurate product visuals and specifications.

Digital Marketing Strategy

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote aluminium profiles and related services.
  • Develop and manage social media strategies (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
  • Generate B2B leads through digital platforms.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Optimize campaigns to improve ROI and lead conversion.

Website & Online Presence

  • Manage and update company website content (products, projects, certifications, blogs).
  • Improve SEO to increase organic search ranking.
  • Monitor website performance and user engagement.
  • Coordinate with web developers when required.

Content Development

  • Create technical and marketing content related to aluminium extrusion, fabrication, surface finishing, and applications.
  • Develop case studies, project showcases, and product launch materials.
  • Write and design email marketing campaigns and newsletters.

Market & Competitor Analysis

  • Conduct competitor analysis in aluminium and building materials sector.
  • Track industry trends and suggest marketing improvements.
  • Identify new digital channels for business growth.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track campaign performance (leads, engagement, conversions).
  • Prepare monthly marketing performance reports.
  • Analyze digital metrics and recommend improvements.

Coordination & Brand Promotion

  • Work closely with Sales, Production, and Management teams.
  • Support trade exhibitions and promotional events.
  • Manage company social reputation and online inquiries.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in graphic design and digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools.
  • Knowledge of B2B marketing preferred.
  • Experience in manufacturing or building materials industry is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
