Job Title: Product Manager

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our Products portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the fintech and banking ecosystem, a passion for customer-centric innovation, and hands-on experience driving products from concept to market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle — from ideation and strategy to development, launch, and iteration.
- Define and execute the product roadmap aligned with company goals and regulatory frameworks in the GCC region, specifically Qatar.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design and compliance to deliver high-quality products.
- Prioritize product backlog and manage agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) to ensure timely delivery.
- Analyze customer insights, behavioral data, and market trends to identify opportunities for new features, create and optimize user journeys, and continuously elevate the overall experience.
- Evaluate and integrate fintech partnerships, processors, and API providers (e.g., card issuers, payment gateways, other value proposition partners).
- Ensure all product initiatives comply with local regulatory requirements
- Track key product metrics (adoption, retention, conversion, engagement) and communicate results to leadership.
- Mentor other team members and foster a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- Experience: 6-8 years in Product Management within fintech, banking, or payments domains.
- Regional Knowledge: Proven experience and understanding of GCC markets — customer behaviors, regulatory frameworks, and digital banking trends.
- Technical & Business Skills:
- Strong knowledge of digital banking, cards, payments, and open banking ecosystems.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, and product management tools (JIRA, ClickUp, etc.).
- Ability to work with engineering teams on APIs, integrations, and payment infrastructure.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
Preferred Attributes
- Experience in launching or scaling digital wallets, neobanks, or fintech platforms.
- Background in user experience (UX) design or customer journey optimization.
- Exposure to AI-driven personalization, data enrichment, or financial analytics solutions.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
