We are looking for an accomplished Show Caller with extensive experience in live events, ceremonies, and high-profile productions. Known for precise cue management, flawless coordination with technical crews, and ensuring seamless audience experiences. Expert in translating creative vision into a live execution plan, balancing discipline and adaptability in high-pressure environments.

Core Competencies:

Live Cue Calling: Precise coordination of sound, lights, AV, performers, and stage management in real time.

Run of Show Management: Designing, refining, and executing detailed show flows to ensure timing accuracy.

Team Coordination: Strong communication with producers, directors, talent, and technical crews.

Crisis Management: Ability to adapt instantly to technical or performance changes without disrupting flow.

Multilingual (English / Arabic ) to ensure cross-team coordination across international crews.

Experience Highlights:

Successfully called VIP event and ceremonies, award shows, and corporate galas with audiences ranging from 200 to 1,000+.

Collaborated with lighting designers, AV teams, choreographers, and stage managers to deliver precision-driven productions.
