Product Manager – Healthcare

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager (Healthcare) to lead the planning, development, and lifecycle management of healthcare products and solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet clinical, regulatory, and business requirements while delivering value to patients, providers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept, development, launch, and post-launch optimization
• Define product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with business and healthcare industry goals
• Gather and analyze requirements from clinicians, stakeholders, customers, and internal teams
• Translate business and clinical needs into clear product specifications and user stories
• Collaborate with engineering, design, quality, regulatory, marketing, and sales teams
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA, FDA, ISO, HL7, FHIR as applicable)
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback assessments
• Monitor product performance, KPIs, and user adoption; recommend enhancements and improvements
• Support go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and training materials
• Act as the primary point of contact for product-related decisions and escalations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field
• 3–6 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, health tech, or pharmaceuticals

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
