Product Manager - Platformization

Islamabad, Pakistan

As Product Manager, will partner closely with other product managers, designers, engineers, and stakeholders to develop engaging MiniApp & QR products including merchant payments primarily focusing on RAAST P2M for easypaisa App with the main aim of increasing easypaisa App user engagement.

The candidate is expected to help develop new products in the platforms vertical, managing and improving existing ones and analyse track all product performance indicators to create optimal customer experiences that helps drive overall user engagement.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  1. Lead the end-end product lifecycle for Mini Apps, QR and RAAST P2M integration and development.
  2. Perform open loop and closed loop funnel analysis for all app promotional products and work on improving the product funnels success rates and user app experience.
  3. Responsible for executing the product roadmap and managing your product’s lifecycle end-to-end (ideation, story writing, scoping, development, testing, launch etc.)
  4. Defining the deliverable roadmap for new and existing Mini Apps and manage new regulatory requirements w.r.t QR & RAAST P2M developments.
  5. Create roadmap for Platformization (Mini Apps/ QR/ RAAST Payments) in line with company’s objective.
  6. Ensuring Product Scoping is performed, backlogs cleared, priorities assigned and managed as per technical capacity along with story/tasks grooming.
  7. Conduct thorough testing of QR codes, RAAST P2M and Mini-apps to ensure functionality, security, and optimal performance.
  8. Collaborate with Mini App partners to design, develop & integrate the apps in easypaisa platform.
  9. Closely monitor the complaints and eradicated multiple root causes through trend analysis and process formulation that leads to recurring complaints being raised by the customers.
  10. Shall be responsible to adhere by Telenor Microfinance Bank Behaviours (Be Respectful, Keep Promises, Always Explore and Create Together) in all aspects of his/her work conduct.
  11. Work with business, product marketing, operations, CX, BET and other stakeholders on innovative and well-defined go-to-market plans. Perform business process gap analysis and managing changes to requirements.
  12. Analyze user behaviour and feedback to continuously improve the user experience of QR code interactions and Mini-app usage.
  13. Conduct A/B testing and gather insights to optimize QR code and Mini-app performance.
  14. Generate regular reports and insights to evaluate the success of initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  15. Managing relationships with merchants, business partners and cross functional departments (SM, Business, UI/UX, Call Centre, IT etc.) for development & implementation of product related processes and procedures for easypaisa Platforms.

Knowledge and Experience

Education:

  • Minimum Bachelors Degree
  • Masters / MS (CS preferred)

Experience:

  • 5 yrs. of work experience

  • Ability to think out of the box and come up with innovative solutions to problems.
  • Ability to build engagement products for various customer segments using primary and secondary research.
