Overview

The Product Manager – POS will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of the POS product line, including planning, development, launch, and ongoing improvement. This role requires strong cross-functional coordination, deep understanding of payment ecosystems, and hands-on ownership of POS, P2M, SoftPOS, and QR-based payment solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the complete lifecycle of POS products, from strategic planning and development to launch, operations, and continuous enhancement.
• Conduct comprehensive market and competitor research to understand customer needs and turn insights into actionable product strategies and roadmaps.
• Define product requirements, groom backlogs, and prioritize features based on business goals, regulatory requirements, risk considerations, and merchant feedback.
• Lead the implementation and optimization of P2M (Person-to-Merchant) payment solutions, including Static and Dynamic QR codes, ensuring smooth merchant experience and compliance with industry standards.
• Oversee the rollout of SoftPOS (Tap-on-Phone) solutions, including vendor coordination, certification, testing, gap analysis, and post-launch improvements.
• Work closely with vendors, IT, engineering, support, operations, finance, and business teams to deliver seamless POS, SoftPOS, and QR payment products.
• Monitor product KPIs, transaction metrics, operational issues, and user behavior to identify areas of improvement and implement enhancements to drive adoption and efficiency.
• Manage and administer TMS to streamline device provisioning, configuration, firmware updates, and remote troubleshooting.
• Use Merchant Portal tools for real-time reporting, merchant onboarding, issue resolution, and monitoring transaction performance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in POS, retail tech, payments, or SaaS.
• Strong understanding of POS systems, payment processing, hardware integrations, and retail operations.
• Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Asana, Figma).
• Excellent communication and stakeolder-management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

Pay: From Rs140,000.00 per month
