As a
Product Manager - Public Health
, you will lead the strategy, design, and execution of digital solutions that tackle large-scale public health challenges. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders — including healthcare providers, NGOs, and public health authorities — to develop scalable, impactful products that improve health outcomes and promote equitable access to care.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead High-Impact Health Initiatives: Manage a portfolio of digital health products aimed at improving public health outcomes, focusing on areas such as health equity, disease prevention, and access to quality care.

Mentor and Inspire Teams: Support and guide a team of product professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, impact, and continuous learning.

Collaborate for Change: Partner with designers, engineers, healthcare experts, and community organizations to build solutions that drive measurable improvements in community well-being.

Leverage Data for Impact: Use analytics and outcome-based metrics to guide product decisions, optimize performance, and refine solutions based on real-world results.
Requirements:

5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in healthcare, digital health, or public health domains.

Demonstrated success leading products from concept to launch with measurable social or health impact.

Experience managing a product portfolio and mentoring product teams.

Deep commitment to addressing systemic health challenges and improving underserved communities.

Strong skills in user research, product prioritization, and prototyping.

Familiarity with healthcare data standards such as HL7 and FHIR, and experience with health tech systems like EHRs and HIEs.
