Job description

Role & responsibilities

1. Conduct market research to identify target demographics, market trends, and competitor activities.

2. Develop and implement field marketing campaigns to promote company products and services effectively.

3. Coordinate with the marketing team to align field marketing activities with overall marketing goals and strategies.

4. Organize and participate in promotional events, product demonstrations, and customer engagement activities.

5. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

6. Monitor and analyze the performance of field marketing initiatives, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.

7. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives.

9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, consumer preferences, and marketing best practices.

Language: English, Hindi, Kannada.
