The Role


As Product Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the charge in scaling our products by driving awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement. This is a unique opportunity to be our first dedicated growth hire, shaping the marketing strategy and laying the foundation for a future team of specialists. You’ll work within our dynamic Product Team, collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Support to fuel growth across the UAE and globally. This role mirrors positions like Growth Marketing Manager or Growth Hacker at fast-growing SaaS startups.


Key Responsibilities


  • Developing and optimizing customer lifecycle programs to drive awareness, activation, retention, and expansion.
  • Managing and scaling paid acquisition channels (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, PPC) for cost-effective growth.
  • Building organic growth strategies through product-led growth (PLG), SEO, and other innovative approaches.
  • Ensuring robust marketing data and analytics to provide insights and inform growth initiatives.
  • Experimenting with strategies to increase top-of-funnel traffic and improve conversion rates.


Your Profile


  • Experience in B2B SaaS growth or product marketing, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Leadership experience, including mentoring or building a team.
  • Strong expertise in marketing automation, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel), and growth frameworks.
  • Advanced knowledge of paid platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and email marketing tools (Marketo, HubSpot, or Customer.io).
  • Hands-on technical skills, including HTML/MJML, CSS, Liquid, and SQL.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills and expertise in A/B testing, funnel optimization, and ROI modelling.


Salary & Benefits

The role offers a competitive salary of 30,000-40,000 AED per month, plus performance-based incentives. Additional benefits, such as housing, transport, or other allowances, may be provided based on candidate profile, ensuring a comprehensive and attractive package.
