- Product Managers are responsible for exploring opportunities maintaining Top Bottom
line of the Brand/business.
- The aim of Product manager is to oversee the supply of products, branch to branch stock
transfer, maintaining inventory hygiene through Ageing / Stock Liquidation, chalking out
sell-in/Sell out plan, formulating implementing market penetration
business development strategies for the sales growth.
- Leading the Sales force developing them through motivational
training programs, monthly con call to update roadmap, problem resolution.
- Spending time in market, interacting with Branch Heads, Vendors, Partners
Media to collect market/competitor feedback brand performance.
- Should play proactive role building up positive brand image in the market
Product visibility through POP, website, social media, adverts, Press release,
Product review, road shows Channel schemes.
- Actively participation in flagship events.
- Maintaining marketing fund record, review of branch/vendor Claim submission of activity
closure report, Payment follow up, P L Management.
- Preparation of monthly price list updating BT, Vendor reporting for sales
Stock closing, Analysis of target v/s achievement, resolution of brand issues,
creation of new product code.
- Product Management/Channel Management/Vendor Management
- Managing brand/product P L, business hygiene, working closely with Sales/BD teams
- Collaborate with cross functional teams for driving end to end execution
