Product Owner

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Owner with 3–4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring product vision is translated into actionable deliverables.

You will be responsible for defining product requirements, managing backlogs, and ensuring successful delivery of features that align with business goals and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, goals, and roadmap
• Gather and prioritize business and technical requirements
• Create and manage product backlog and user stories
• Work closely with stakeholders, designers, and engineering teams
• Translate business needs into functional specifications
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review meetings
• Ensure timely delivery of product features
• Monitor product performance and suggest improvements
• Conduct market and competitor analysis
• Collaborate with QA for UAT and release readiness
• Act as the voice of the customer throughout the development lifecycle

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience as a Product Owner / Business Analyst / Product Manager
• Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, or similar
• Ability to write clear user stories & acceptance criteria
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Agile / Scrum (CSPO, PSPO, etc.) is a plus
• Technical background or experience working with development teams
• Experience in SaaS / Tech products preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs250,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
