Product Owner

We are seeking a highly experienced Product Owner to lead the vision, strategy, and delivery of complex enterprise digital products. The role requires deep understanding of ERP, CRM, BI tools, and data-driven solutions, translating business and technical requirements into actionable roadmaps, while leveraging product management tools to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, communicate, and own product vision, roadmap, and strategy for enterprise solutions
• Translate business objectives into detailed user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate closely with ERP, CRM, and BI teams, architects, and development squads to ensure successful product delivery
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, dependencies, and technical feasibility
• Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives
• Monitor product performance, adoption, and analytics, making data-driven decisions for enhancements
• Ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements such as scalability, security, and integration standards
• Utilize product management tools (JIRA, Aha!, or equivalent) to track progress, dependencies, and reporting
• Mentor junior product owners and act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 15+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in enterprise environments
• Strong knowledge of ERP, CRM, and BI tools
• Hands-on experience with data-driven product management and analytics
• Proficiency with product management tools such as JIRA, Aha!, or equivalent
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work with technical and business teams to deliver high-value solutions
• Arabic language skills desirable but not mandatory

Preferred

• Agile/Product Owner certifications (PSPO, CSPO, or SAFe Product Owner)
• Experience in large-scale digital transformation programs
• Exposure to regulated industries or highly complex enterprise environments
