Joblogic provides software to service contractors who install and maintain the built environment. Our platform helps businesses streamline operations, improve profitability, ensure compliance, and achieve rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Own feature delivery from refinement through release and adoption.

Maintain a prioritised and development-ready backlog to support continuous delivery.

Define and document business requirements in structured formats (User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Process Flows, Validation Rules, Test Cases).

Conduct structured walkthroughs and requirement clarification sessions before development.

Define clear success metrics and measurable outcomes for major initiatives.
-
Ensure scope stability through disciplined prioritisation and governance.

Proactively identify and escalate risks before they impact delivery timelines.

Support Dev, QA, and UAT readiness to ensure high-quality releases.

Track feature adoption and usage trends and recommend improvements.

Conduct training and enablement sessions for newly released features.

Ensure all documentation is version-controlled and aligned with SDLC standards.

Analyse complex issues and perform functional and non-functional gap analysis.

Identify process improvement opportunities and drive continuous optimisation.
Customer Discovery & Workshops:

Participate in customer workshops and discovery sessions to understand business workflows and objectives.

Engage directly with customers to identify functionality gaps between customer processes and Joblogic product capabilities.

Translate customer workflow challenges into structured requirements and enhancement proposals.

Provide structured feedback to internal teams to support product evolution and roadmap decisions.
Team Environment:
You will collaborate with Product Owners and delivery teams across UK, Pakistan, and Vietnam, working within a cross-functional and multi-time-zone environment
What You Bring:

Proven experience as a Product Owner and/or Business Analyst in SaaS, FSM, CRM, or workflow-driven systems.

Strong understanding of Agile and iterative SDLC methodologies.

Experience managing backlog governance and delivery stability.

Ability to translate business needs into clear, structured documentation.

Experience supporting Dev, QA, and UAT processes.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, and related tools.

Experience working with desktop, web, and mobile applications.
Nice to Have:

Leadership or mentoring experience.

Exposure to API integrations and workflow-based platforms.

Knowledge of service management or Field Service Management systems.

Experience tracking product adoption and usage analytics.

The interview will be held in multiple stages where the successful candidate must demonstrate they meet the essential requirement criteria and have the relevant experience. You must be able to travel to our Lahore office daily.
