We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the development and optimization of airline loyalty products. The ideal candidate will have strong domain expertise in loyalty programs and airline systems, combined with technical proficiency and a customer-centric mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Vision & Roadmap: Define and maintain product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned with business objectives.
  • Backlog Management: Manage and prioritize the product backlog using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
  • Product Discovery: Drive discovery sessions and translate customer needs into actionable requirements.
  • Technical Oversight: Oversee API integrations, payment gateway implementations, and ensure compatibility with PSS and CRM systems.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to PCI DSS and regional regulatory standards.
  • Customer Experience: Analyze customer journeys and leverage data-driven insights to enhance UX.
  • Design & Delivery: Collaborate with design and development teams to deliver intuitive, high-quality user interfaces.
