Product Sales Executive

`Ajman, United Arab Emirates

The Product Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle for the company’s product portfolio across all branches. This includes updating product information on portals, generating leads, preparing and sharing proposals, managing supplier and customer relationships, maintaining stock and inventory, overseeing logistics, and ensuring smooth sales operations. The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual who can drive product sales growth while maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product & Portal Management

  • Update products, descriptions, pricing, and specifications on company portals and sales platforms.
  • Ensure product information is accurate, current, and aligned with marketing materials.

2. Lead Generation & Sales Activities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products and services.
  • Generate new leads through research, networking, and client outreach.
  • Respond to incoming inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.

3. Proposal Preparation & Customer Communication

  • Prepare accurate and competitive sales proposals.
  • Share proposals with customers and follow up to close sales.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up communication until the deal is finalized.

4. Inventory & Stock Management

  • Monitor product stock levels across all branches.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and branch teams to ensure timely replenishment.
  • Maintain updated inventory records to avoid shortages or overstock.

5. Supplier & Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain a database of suppliers and negotiate terms where necessary.
  • Manage customer accounts, track orders, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.

6. Logistics Coordination

  • Plan and oversee the delivery of products to customers.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Resolve any delivery-related issues promptly.

7. Branch-wide Sales Support

  • Act as the central point of contact for product sales for all branches.
  • Provide support and product information to branch sales teams when required.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and customer relationship management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and online sales platforms.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks across various branches.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
