To drive growth, visibility, and adoption of the Sutures , Mesh & Clips portfolio by supporting sales, executing marketing initiatives, managing product lifecycle, and developing differentiation in a competitive, price-sensitive market segment.

The role demands strong execution discipline, commercial acumen, and understanding of surgical workflow to achieve sustainable market share.

Responsibilities


1.Product & Portfolio Management


  • Manage end-to-end product portfolio covering absorbable and non-absorbable sutures, needles, and other specialty lines
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking — pricing, features, packaging, and surgeon preferences.
  • Support for fast moving codes , Monthly forecasting ,inventory management, and demand planning with SCM and QA teams.
  • Assist in new product introduction (NPI /New Codes) , field rollout coordination .


2.Marketing & Field Support


  • Design and execute marketing programs, sampling plans, and conversion trackers in collaboration with sales teams.
  • Develop sales training materials, product brochures, clinical application guides, and objection-handling content.
  • Execute low-cost, high-impact visibility initiatives (POS materials, surgeon kits, digital catalogues).
  • Coordinate with KOLs, surgical faculty, and distributors for product trials and surgeon conversions.


3.Sales Enablement


  • Deliver product training on monthly basis
  • Field working with Sale team on Monthly basis
  • Partner with regional sales teams to drive secondary sales growth and product adoption.
  • Analyse primary vs secondary sales data to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities.
  • Support field teams in institutional and tender decoding , providing product specifications and technical inputs.


4. Post-Market Feedback & Quality Interface

  • Capture Product Complaint data as per SOP ; coordinate with QA for timely resolution.
  • Collect and summarize surgeon/user insights for product feedback


5. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Supply Chain, QA, Regulatory, and Sales teams to ensure product availability and compliance.
  • Support in documentation and technical data required for regulatory or institutional submissions.
