Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Specialist to manage assigned product lines and act as the key link between suppliers, supply chain, and sales teams. The successful candidate will ensure product availability, provide technical and commercial support, maintain accurate product information, and contribute to business growth through effective product management and market analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned product portfolios and support product lifecycle activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers, sales teams, and supply chain departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid stock shortages or excess stock.
• Provide technical product information, specifications, and commercial support to the sales team.
• Prepare and support quotations, pricing updates, and product recommendations.
• Identify new products, market opportunities, and portfolio expansion opportunities.
• Maintain accurate product data, catalogs, pricing, and documentation within company systems.
• Support product launches, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Resolve product-related issues and coordinate with suppliers on quality or supply concerns.
• Respond promptly to product inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.

RequirementsEducation

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Candidates with a relevant technical diploma and strong industry experience will also be considered.

Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, Technical Sales, Procurement, Supplier Coordination, or a related role.
• Experience within the automotive aftermarket, garage equipment, industrial tools, or industrial equipment sectors is highly preferred.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of automotive products, garage equipment, or industrial tools.
• Understanding of inventory management, supply chain, and procurement processes.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Technical and commercial product knowledge.
• Supplier management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.

Experience: 3–5 years (Required)
Industry: Automotive, Garage Equipment, Industrial Tools, or Industrial Equipment
Language: English (Required), Arabic is an advantage.

Pay: QAR5,500.00 - QAR6,500.00 per month
