Product Specialist / Business Development Manager – Aesthetics (Cannulas & Needles)

About the Role

We are launching a new and innovative brand in Pakistan specializing in blunt tip cannulas and aesthetic needles for the rapidly growing aesthetics market.

We are looking for a highly motivated Product Specialist / Business Development Manager to lead the commercial success of this product range. This is a strategic role that combines sales leadership, market development, and clinical engagement, making it ideal for someone who wants to play a key role in building a brand from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the launch and market development of the cannula and needle product range in Pakistan
• Develop and execute a business development strategy for the aesthetics segment
• Identify and onboard key clients including dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and aesthetic clinics
• Build and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
• Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and hands-on training sessions
• Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets across assigned territories
• Train, mentor, and support the sales team
• Gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, events, and conferences

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
• 3–6 years of experience in medical devices, aesthetics, or pharmaceuticals
• Strong understanding of aesthetic injectables, cannulas, or needles is highly preferred
• Proven track record in business development and key account management
• Established network within dermatology or aesthetic clinics is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of a new business line
• Willingness to travel frequently
