Product & Strategy Lead

Avialdo Solutions is hiring Product & Strategy Lead for its Karachi office.

Responsibilities:

*Take ambiguous product ideas and turn them into concrete plans

*Work hands-on with designers and engineers to get products built and shipped

*Define MVPs, prioritize ruthlessly, and make trade-off decisions

*Launch products, gather feedback, and iterate quickly

*Run experiments to validate assumptions (pricing, features, market fit)

*Kill ideas that aren’t working and pivot when needed

*Track metrics, document learnings, and build a repeatable process for launching new ventures

Qualifications:

* At least 3-5+ years in product management, product ownership, or a similar building role.

*Experience shipping software products (not just managing roadmaps)

*Comfortable with ambiguity you don’t need a detailed spec to get started

*Technical enough to have credible conversations with engineers (you don’t need to code, but you should understand how software gets built)

*Bias toward action you’d rather launch something imperfect than plan something perfect*Strong communication skills to align stakeholders and rally a team

*Bonus: experience with B2B SaaS, vertical software, or white-label products
