Job Title: Product Support Service Engineer

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Product Support Service Engineer with a strong background in heavy equipment, preferably excavators, cranes, and forklifts. The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing technical support, performing maintenance, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and service needs, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on heavy equipment, both in the workshop and at client sites.
  • Diagnose, repair, disassemble, and reassemble machinery components as needed.
  • Accurately document service activities, inspections, maintenance records, and repair reports in the company system.
  • Monitor and report equipment performance, reliability issues, and improvement trends.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with heavy equipment (excavators, cranes, forklifts preferred).
  • Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Ability to work independently on field assignments and in workshop environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
