Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering

Minimum
8 years
of trade marketing or sales experience in FMCG

Team player with excellent communication skills

Strong strategic, analytical thinking, problem solving skills

Excellent command of written and spoken English

Job Description
-
Will be responsible for coffee, coffee machines and accessories products in Free Trade channel
-
Work closely with key stakeholders including brand marketing, sales, finance, purchasing teams
-
Participate monthly global marketing & trade marketing meetings and implement global strategies and marketing plans to local campaign plans

Fully understand and prioritize category/channel needs and develop & implement trade marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness, market share and revenue growth

Track financial performance of the category and take necessary actions to achieve P&L targets

Manage trade spending process by taking active role in planning and directing activities

Contribute to JBP processes of key customers and distributors

Analyze Nielsen data, market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and optimize existing strategies

Manage the process of Point of Sales Materials (POSM), including budget management, design, production, stock, and distribution aligning with category and channel requirements in accordance with brand guidelines

Participate actively in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings to proactively contribute to ensure forecast accuracy
