We are looking for a
Product & Vendor Operations Executive
to manage day-to-day coordination between brands, internal teams, and external partners. This role is central to ensuring smooth product flow—from purchase order creation and inventory planning to brand coordination, shipment tracking, and sales enablement.
You'll work closely with procurement, logistics, sales, and marketing teams to ensure accurate data, timely deliveries, and seamless execution across the product lifecycle.
Requirements
What You'll Own
Product Ordering & Vendor Coordination

Raise and manage purchase orders with complete and accurate documentation.

Coordinate with brands and vendors on order confirmations, timelines, and dispatches.

Track shipments and follow up on delays, discrepancies, or changes.

Reconcile invoices, GRNs, and pricing; resolve mismatches with vendors.
Inventory & Operations Support

Support demand planning by placing orders aligned with sales forecasts.

Maintain procurement trackers, inventory logs, and operational reports.

Ensure ERP and Excel records remain accurate and up to date.

Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth receiving.
Brand & Product Management

Act as the operational point of contact for assigned brands.

Maintain product catalogs, pricing sheets, content, and digital brand assets.

Communicate product launches, updates, and changes to internal stakeholders.

Share order forms, product decks, and updates with sales teams.
Sales Enablement & Aftersales Coordination

Provide timely product and brand information to support ongoing sales.

Coordinate aftersales cases with brands, logistics, and internal teams.
-
Track resolutions and ensure timely closure with proper documentation.
Marketing & Event Operations

Support execution of marketing campaigns, retail activations, and training sessions.

Coordinate product samples, marketing materials, and timelines for launches.

Assist with in-store and brand events by managing logistics and materials.
What Will Help You Succeed

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field.

1-4 years of experience in operations, procurement, retail ops, or e-commerce roles.

Strong Excel skills and comfort working with ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, etc.).

Excellent coordination, follow-up, and communication abilities.

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
-
Experience working with brands, vendors, or distributors is a strong advantage.
