Job Purpose

To manage procurement of IT hardware and office supplies for export orders, ensuring correct specifications, competitive pricing, timely availability, and compliance with export requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source IT & office supply products from approved suppliers as per requirements.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead time, and MOQ with suppliers.
  • Ensure product specifications, models, and quantities match orders and quotations.
  • Coordinate with sales, logistics, and accounts teams to support timelines.
  • Prepare and verify purchase orders, invoices, and supporting documentation.
  • Monitor supplier deliveries and follow up on pending or delayed orders.
  • Support cost control and pricing accuracy for quotations.
  • Maintain proper purchase records and supplier communication logs.

Required Skills

  • Knowledge of IT hardware, consumables, and office supplies.
  • Understanding of procurement processes.
  • Strong negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Procurement systems.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or Supply Chain (preferred).
  • 1–2 years of procurement experience, preferably in IT products or export trading.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED2,800.00 per month
