At our factory, production isn’t just about machines, shifts, or schedules — it’s about systems, thinking, and the people who keep it all moving. We are looking for a Production Assistant who doesn’t just follow instructions, but sees how things can be done better — faster, smarter, and sharper.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and coordinate Job Cards (JCs) across all stages of production — from start to finish
• Maintain live updates of production flow on dashboards and summary logs
• Assist shift leads and operators in meeting daily targets through clear communication and follow-ups
• Support the Production Manager in floor planning, shift documentation, and process alignment
• Observe and identify inefficiencies or delays — and suggest solutions instead of waiting to be asked
• Work with QC, planning, and other teams to keep workflows smooth and timelines realistic
• Ensure clear handovers between shifts and maintain organized records
• Participate in building smarter systems — not just solving immediate issues

What We’re Looking For:

• Someone proactive, not reactive
• A candidate who is observant and detail-oriented, but can also zoom out and see the bigger picture
• Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets or Excel (we’ll teach you the rest)
• Willing to spend time on the production floor, not just behind a desk
• A problem-solver who speaks up and thinks ahead
• No specific degree or prior factory experience required — but curiosity, clarity, and commitment are essential
