Production Assistant

Overview
Join our team in a fast pace state of the art Hybrid Screen printing production shop. If you are eager to learn and like new technology this is the place. We have the one and only true Hybrid for screen printing apparel here in Las Vegas. We get to produce very high end products for a lot of industries at our shop. Most shops in LV are not climate controlled but we are. In summer we have Air Conditioning and in the winter we have heat. Most shops are miserable in the summer and winter but not here. If you enjoy production of very cool art on goods this is a place of high accomplishment and self worth.

Duties

• Count and sort product in before production set up.
• Set up screens for print
• Keep ink full for screen base on the screen and squegee / flood
• Pull apparel off of the platens after print and place in the dryer for curing
• Catch apparel out of the dryer, stack and fold for boxing and completion
• Clean Screens for new jobs
• Cut and sort DTF jobs
• Press DTF jobs

Qualifications

• Show up on time
• Able to multi task, and stay organized
• Count correctly
• Pay attention to quality and assurance
• CARE - simply just Care about other peoples jobs and or products
• Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move materials throughout shifts
• Basic understanding of manufacturing safety protocols and procedures
• Work a full 40 hours a week and help the team meet deadlines
