-
Act as the link between the atelier, design team, and external suppliers to guarantee consistency across all production stages.
-
Coordinate and track production timelines, proactively identifying and resolving risks or delays.
-
Monitor quality standards both in-house and externally, conducting checks on samples and bulk orders.
-
Manage purchase orders, production schedules, and supplier updates with precision and accuracy.
-
Support the development process by reviewing technical packs and ensuring production feasibility.
-
Liaise with logistics to ensure seamless handover of goods from production to delivery.
-
Maintain accurate records of production status and prepare reports for management.
-
(Advantageous) Apply knowledge of
pattern making and garment construction
to strengthen communication with atelier staff, designers, and suppliers, ensuring accurate fit and execution.
Requirements
-
3–5 years of experience in a production, product development, or supply chain role within fashion or apparel.
-
Previous experience working closely with ateliers, workshops, or sample rooms is highly preferred.
-
Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance in-house production needs alongside supplier coordination.
-
Excellent communication skills and confidence liaising with artisans, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
-
Proficiency with Excel, Airtable, or similar production tracking tools.
-
Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
-
Knowledge of
pattern making or garment construction
is a plus.
What We Offer

Opportunity to be part of a growing fashion business with a collaborative and entrepreneurial spirit.
-
Hands-on exposure across all aspects of the production cycle.
