Job Summary


The Production Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all stages of the production process to ensure smooth workflow, efficient use of resources, and achievement of production targets. The role requires close collaboration with multiple departments, continuous monitoring of production performance, accurate reporting, and proactive identification of issues and improvement opportunities

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee all stages of the production process from planning to execution
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration between production, quality, maintenance, and logistics teams
  • Monitor daily production activities and ensure adherence to approved production schedules
  • Record actual production quantities and compare them against planned targets
  • Identify, analyze, and report operational or technical issues encountered during production
  • Support problem-solving activities to minimize downtime and production delays
  • Prepare accurate weekly production and performance reports for management
  • Track key production KPIs including efficiency, output, waste, and downtime
  • Propose continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve productivity and operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations
