QSAS
is looking for a
Production Coordinator
to join our team. We create world-class immersive experiences (think VR, high-tech art, and interactive sets), and we need an organized, clear-thinking person to help our production department stay synchronized.
You don’t need to be an artist or have a creative background. We are looking for a
logistics-minded "doer"
who finds satisfaction in keeping things tidy, on time, and moving forward.
What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like
-
Project Pulse-Checks:
You’ll catch up with the creative team to see how their work is progressing and give a simple status update to the Production Manager.
-
Meeting Support:
You’ll attend project meetings to capture key decisions and send out "action points" so the team knows exactly what to do next.
-
Contract Admin:
You will help manage our freelance partners by ensuring they have filled out their standardized contracts correctly and that the internal team has all the necessary paperwork ready to go.
-
Finance Liaison:
You’ll work with our Finance department to ensure freelancer invoices are processed and payments stay on track.
-
Procurement Follow-up:
You’ll help keep our builds moving by following up on equipment orders, making sure paperwork is signed, and politely chasing vendors if there are any delays.
-
Team Organizing:
You’ll be the "go-to" for keeping digital folders organized and ensuring everyone has the info they need to do their best work.
What We’re Looking For
-
Organized & Detailed:
You notice the small things and love crossing tasks off a list.
-
Clear Communication:
You speak and write clearly in
English
. If you also speak
Arabic
, that’s a fantastic bonus for our local projects!
-
A "People Person":
You’re comfortable checking in with different teams and keeping everyone updated.
-
Reliable:
You take pride in following through on a task from start to finish.
-
No Creative Background Required:
You just need to be excited to see how technology and storytelling come together.
Why You’ll Love Working at QSAS
-
A Supportive Environment:
You’ll work closely with a Production Manager who will guide you and help you grow.
-
Unique Projects:
You’ll get a front-row seat to how massive, cutting-edge installations are built.
-
A Great Entry Point:
This is the perfect way to build a career in production and project management within a world-class studio.
