Production Coordinator – Façade Division

We are looking for a Production Coordinator with strong façade industry experience to manage and support the production workflow of curtain wall, aluminum, and glazing systems. The candidate will ensure smooth coordination between design, production, procurement, and site installation teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production activities for façade fabrication (aluminum, glass, cladding systems)
• Translate approved shop drawings into production schedules and work orders
• Liaise between design, engineering, procurement, and factory teams
• Track material availability, cutting lists, and fabrication progress
• Ensure production aligns with project timelines and installation schedules
• Monitor quality control checks during fabrication stages
• Coordinate dispatch of finished façade components to project sites
• Support resolution of technical issues during production
• Maintain production reports, progress updates, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in façade industry (UAE/GCC strongly preferred)
• Strong understanding of curtain wall, unitized systems, stick systems, ACP, and aluminum fabrication processes
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and fabrication drawings
• Experience working in façade manufacturing or aluminum/glass fabrication factory
• Knowledge of production planning and workflow coordination
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and basic production planning tools
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in high-rise building façade projects
• Knowledge of ERP / production tracking systems
• Understanding of QA/QC processes in façade fabrication
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
