Production Coordinator (Structural Steel)

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production schedules in line with project and delivery requirements
• Liaise with planning, engineering, procurement, and production teams
• Monitor production progress and update reports on output, delays, and manpower
• Ensure availability of raw materials, drawings, and work orders before production
• Track fabrication stages (cutting, welding, assembly, painting, etc.)
• Coordinate with QA/QC to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• Assist in resolving production issues, delays, or resource constraints
• Maintain production records, reports, and documentation
• Support dispatch and logistics coordination for finished materials
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety rules, and ISO procedures

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in steel fabrication or manufacturing industry
