Sales Executive/ Production Coordinator- Plastic Industry

Job Summary

The Sales Executive / Production Coordinator is responsible for driving sales growth while coordinating production activities to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing and delivery of plastic products. The role acts as a key link between customers, sales, and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Management

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the plastic industry
• Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize sales orders
• Follow up on payments and coordinate with accounts when required
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Production Coordination

• Coordinate with the production team to plan and schedule manufacturing orders
• Ensure customer orders are communicated clearly to production
• Monitor production timelines and ensure on-time delivery
• Resolve production or delivery issues in coordination with relevant departments
• Maintain production and order tracking records

Order & Documentation Management

• Prepare sales orders, delivery notes, and related documentation
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications
• Coordinate logistics and dispatch schedules

Reporting & Communication

• Prepare sales and production reports for management
• Act as a communication bridge between sales, production, and logistics teams
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective coordination and follow-up

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in sales and/or production coordination in the plastic manufacturing industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
• Knowledge of plastic materials, manufacturing processes, and industry standards is an advantage

Preferred Skills

• Experience in UAE/GCC plastic manufacturing market
• Understanding of production planning and inventory control
• Customer-focused and result-oriented mindset

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
