KEY RESULT AREAS:
1. Perform a variety of daily production tasks with precision to ensure all finished products meet quality standards and are completed within scheduled timeframes.
2. Follow the food safety plan and complete all required company training to ensure full compliance with safety regulations and support a clean, hazard-free production environment.
3. Maintain products according to QA/QC procedures to ensure consistent quality throughout all stages of production and compliance with company standards.
4. Maintain clear communication with supervisors and team members to support smooth workflow coordination and timely completion of production tasks.
5. Accurately input data into the database and complete all required daily task logs to ensure reliable records and support efficient production tracking.
6. Follow GMPs, GAPs, company food safety policies, and all SOPs to ensure safe, compliant, and consistent production practices.
7. Maintain thorough cleanliness and sanitization of all food-secure and processing areas while adhering to facility and equipment safety measures.
8. Ensure a hygienic, hazard-free environment that prevents contamination and protects the safety of all employees.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Experience within a manufacturing or agricultural environment is preferable.
- An interest in sustainability and food production.
- Must be able to understand and speak basic English.
- Ability to perform physical and repetitive tasks.
- Willingness to work early morning or late-night shifts or weekends as required
- Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 25 Kilograms.
- Ability to work on ladders, lean down into low spaces, reach into tight areas.
- Willingness to take direction and be a team player.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Takes pride in your work and has a positive attitude while taking on difficult tasks.
