We are currently seeking a talented “Production Engineer” to join our dynamic team. This role will contribute to transformative projects under the Consumer Group.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
• 1-2 years of experience preferably in production,
• Preferably having knowledge about lean manufacturing such as Kaizen, 5S, TPM and problem solving methods,
• Effectively using MS Office programs, knowledge of SAP is preferred,
• Fluency in English both written and spoken,
• Analytical, result oriented, team player and good communication skills,
• Living in or willing to relocate to Kocaeli,
• No restriction to travel,

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Organizing the necessary human resources and facility preparations to execute manufacturing programs,
• Ensuring high quality, capacity and safe production,
• Minimizing the production costs and losses,
• Ensuring occupational health and safety via actions and regulations,
• Carrying out production according to the defined standards of process and taking actions to improve the process,
• Following technical deficits related to his/her responsibilities and ensuring their solutions.
