Production Engineer

DELIVERABLES

• The Production person oversees daily manufacturing operations, ensuring products are produced efficiently, safely, on time, and within quality standards.
• This role requires strong leadership to manage teams, optimize workflows, and coordinate with other departments to meet business goals.
• Plan, organize, and control production activities to achieve output, quality, and cost targets.
• Lead, supervise, and develop production staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety regulations
• Monitor production schedules and adjust resources to meet customer demand.
• Implement and maintain Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement initiatives to increase efficiency.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
