Elsewedy Electric Graduate Development Program
The program is designed for Graduates with 0-2 years of experience. The program offers various job rotations, mentorships, coaching & trainings. 2024 & 2025 Graduates are welcomed to apply
Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible for the manufacturing requests Process & Related Procedures.

Issue Purchasing requests for the Production of needed Raw Materials.
-
Follow up with Purchasing team on the Purchasing orders.
-
Revise the current working orders according to the production plan.
-
Responsible for Coordinating Maintenance Plan with Maintenance Staff.
-
Preparing Plan for Molds Maintenance.
-
Responsible for preparing Production Plans & Emergencies manufacturing requests.
-
Following up on production rate & defects & Production Process daily.
-
Assign work orders for Supervisors and review the required raw material availability.
-
Daily Reports for Machines & Production Including (Production Rates – Stop Analysis – and malfunctions).

Make a cost analysis for new projects.
-
Lead Incidents Investigation.
-
Review Deviation for running work order regarding (Materials- timing).
-
Make a Detailed schedule for all manufacturing parts
-
Revise Safety Regulations and conditions for CNC Staff & Machines & equipment.

Prepare the required Engineering Drawings and designs using the AutoCAD program.
-
Revise quality for production.
-
Responsible for the ISO related Documentations & External / Internal Audits.

Follow up on the work orders implementation.

Prepare KPI Reports for machines.

Work on the continuous improvement of the production process and work on time & cost saving.

Prepare a plan for Closing work orders & follow up on it.
Requirements:

Academic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy Engineering/Mechanical Production Engineering.

Language Proficiency:
Professional Written and Verbal English.

Years of Experience:
0-2 Years of experience in the same field.
-
Computer skills:
Advanced Microsoft computer skills (Excel & Access) – AutoCAD – Cad/ Cam programs (Solid Works).
