Production Engineer

What You Will Do

Johnson Controls is looking for a Production Engineer to join our Gaziemir manufacturing plant. This role reports directly to the Production Manager and plays a key part in driving operational excellence on the shop floor.

How You Will Do

• Support daily production to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets
• Improve manufacturing processes and lead problem‑solving activities
• Coordinate engineering changes and new product introductions
• Drive Lean/continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and planning teams to ensure smooth operations

What We Look For

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (required)
• 2–5 years of experience in production/manufacturing engineering
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Experience with Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma is a plus
• Good command of English and strong communication skills
• Proactive, hands‑on, solution‑oriented mindset
